The Registry at Bloomingdale's will be happy to accept exchanges and returns for items purchased off your registry.
We'll gladly refund the purchase price of each gift, with proof of purchase. Your Registry Purchase List may be used as proof of purchase for all returns.
- For items purchased by your guests, we will be happy to credit your Bloomingdale's card for any gifts originally purchased on a Bloomingdale's card.
- For items that were not originally purchased on a Bloomingdale's card, we will issue a "Happy Returns" Easy Exchange card for you to use at a future date.
- For items that you purchased for yourself, we'll refund you in the original form of payment.
- If an item is not on your Registry Purchase List and an original receipt isn't available, we can only refund the lowest selling price of the last 3 months, in the form of a "Happy Returns" Easy Exchange card.
To simplify returns and exchanges, we recommend that you make an appointment with your Registry Consultant. The following proofs of purchase are required for returns:
- Cross-reference label (on merchandise or outside of box)
- Merchandise identification sticker
- Warehouse or manufacturer’s packing slip
- Registry purchase list verification
- Gift receipt
- Original receipt
